Thanks Dave, yeah mood taints can be difficult especially if you don’t want the postcard type image. A lot of time I end up down on my knees to try isolate a foreground object such that it’s not lost against the background. It has gone very quiet in here alright!

Some pics as follows…Lovely kit. Spotless / As new only use approx 4 times. recycle time <1second. Also included is backdrop stand with high key and low key backdrops

I think first to see will buy. Prefer not to barter here as its a good price as stated. Selling because I have taken the Landscape route and upgrading to prof level lens.

Have a nice lencarta set if your interested. Three lights with soft boxes , triggers stands , bag, backdrop etc . Used about 10 times , was going to venture into alternative portrait work but discovered my real interest is with landscapes, let me know if interested

I don’t think it’s as dumb a question as it sounds. The paper I refer to comes with no copyright reference , essentially what I would photo is potentially someone else’s imagery of the originally copyrighted characters, see where I’m going, just wondering where the legal boundaries are as legal ownership and related liability appears to become ambiguous… To me anyway

I like this , has a nice serene feel to it. I would add a vignette to the top of the image just to tone down the sky a fraction but also to center the viewers eye.

Drive to Dublin airport, take the early flight to Kerry airport in Killarney, 60 euro return. Take a hire car and drive to Killarney national park for some good shots or likewise forget the park and do either of the peninsulas Beara or Iveragh for some of the most beautiful scenery you will see. Stay in Kenmare which is nestled between both peninsulas and drive back to Kerry airport the following morning . If you time right with the weather it will be spectacular

Thanks all . Ballistix , interesting that you see them as flat, typically why I shoot in B&W ie, light is flat BUT I thought I lose the flat light somewhat when doing so…..maybe not :-)

Nice foreground detail in this Alex, I like it. Light is just a little flat and sky coulur looks a little off . I think Id be tempted to do a square crop on this image . Definitely worth a revisit when the light is more favourable
