i went for the sigma apo 70-300 and a sigma 17-70, they have been doing well for me. Just a little confused did you get a Nikon D400 or a Canon EOS 400d?

I’m actually quite happy with my 70-300 APO, i use the other 2 lenses you got too, i do notice i mostly use the 17-70

Hmm if you wanna see the quality, I posted a pic in the Macro section last week, It is still on the first page, that was taken with a tripod in Carlingford :) taken with the 17-70

I’ve been using a Sigma 17-70 lens for it, or you could use the 70-300 APO i guess… i don’t know too much about it though

That being said, If you decide to order from there, there still is a realistic chance you’ll get hit by VAT and Customs Costs which will drive it up to, or over the market price in Ireland.

yeah hmm, this would be my first tripod really, so im not quite sure what im looking for.. Would it be ok with a 300 lens? That’s what im using too haha
