To suggest that a 7D is a “toy only for geeks” that isn’t capable of landscape photography sounds a bit stupid to be, to be honest. It certainly won’t stop me, didn’t stop me when I started off with my 400D! ;)

Keeping it at 500 for the whole lot. It’s a good deal, considering that I seen people sell used 400Ds for €300+ without the grip. I took many good photos with this camera and served me well during my photography course.

I’ve a sigma 8mm, but it’s circular. That said though, it fills up most of the frame since the 50D isn’t full frame.
