I like the movement of the clouds and water they really make the shot.

When used in the right circumstances flare can help. such as in night time shooting to create a star by using a small aperture.

Beutiful shot I think that the long exposure and the blue cast add to the mood of this shot,

Thank you all for your quick response we will try to concentrate on the west coast , and will also try to find some off of the beaten places.
