I did try adjusting the curves and slight level adjustment, although I was not happy with the changes it made to the foreground. Perhaps i should give layers a go?

i have gone all dark with my choice of films lately:

The Ruins – seemed like your run of the mill teenage horror flick but had some great ideas and elements to it and great charcter development. Also beautiful cinematography, accually really surprised considering my initial thoughts of the film. Oh and some proper sqeamish gory stuff in it too.

Teeth – Considering the subject matter, I thought the story was told great. It could easily of been something from the 70’s soft porn B-movie era (not that i know any) but his film delivered great laughs and an important lesson to us all, which made me entertained and weary.

REC – Indie Spanish movie. I dont think i should discuss this film if any one wants to see it. I knew nothing about it only that it is going to be remade into an american version. Although I will say that once i watched this film it stayed with me, dont wait for the american crappy version.

I was previliged enough to know the guy who was running the festival, I got to use the house toilet, which was clean and didnt have a dangerous angle to it. :wink:

cheers, i wasn’t sure if it was going to work or not but the venitian blinds give a great affect. The lady I rented the studio off bought them from me, which was nice.

ahh cheers,

I wasnt too sure about the background on the two shots with the guys on there own, can i get away with that or should i darken them down?
