    I’ll definitely be interested in another field trip! Not sure which location I’d prefer just yet though!

    Ah, the group shots! Nicely captured and displaying the team work very well I think!

    Trip was plenty of fun and the dinner & drinks were of course essential team bonding sessions! See ya’ll again on the next trip – T.B.D.

    Scheduled to arrive in Clifden between 2:30pm and 3:00pm myself I’d say – Bus Eireann ftw!

    For colour accuracy I’d actually recommend a good quality VA panel as opposed to IPS.

    My own monitor is reported to have fairly spot on accuracy after calibration – Iiyama Prolite X2472HD http://www.digitalversus.com/lcd-monitor/iiyama-prolite-x2472hd-p10593/test.html” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;

    I wonder if Kylemore Abbey or Connemara National Park would be looking splendid enough for us!!

    I’d actually be fairly interested in this one – but would likely have no transport of my own for getting around so the Wee White Van might be handy to bring!!

    Hi Neil, welcome aboard – I look forward to seeing a few of your photos in the future possibly! It’s great to create discussions about people’s different approaches to image capturing!

    The bollards on Wall St., have transformed from protecting/defending against criminals (trying to raid the stock exchange and other buildings) to keeping the citizens away using the metal fencing! How things change quickly.

    An intriguing set of images certainly – one block in NYC can be hugely different to the adjacent block!

    I was there myself the week of Oct 17th, and the movement is definitely passionate. Nice set of captures! Conveys the mood and nature of the message pretty well!

    Note, the issue isn’t the taking of the photo, but the storage/publishing/re-use/distribution occurring. Also the exemptions regarding journalism, art etc were mentioned (which this could claim, for example, if it stored such photos).

    In any case, it will be an interesting case to follow just in case there are any specific findings/recommendations!
