Just shots of me on shoots within the park. I’m doing a bit of post-production work on the latest group of high country/backcountry shots. (Yes, resizing to post is one thing I’m doing also.)
The above was Alum Bluff Cave, about 2.5 miles in.
Okay, …..I just downloaded the free trial from Adobe and tried it out. The program provides much more tweaking power than my version of Elements in quite a few areas; BUT I guess my inept computer skills are showing again. I worked a shot or two over a bit, liked the result, and tried to save the shot to my pictures on my system………………………(I will not repeat the words I used while attempting this feat).
I will freely admit I am an idiot with a computer. What little I do know, I have had to teach myself and can say I have a lousy teacher. Is there a tutorial for morons that will explain HOW to save a shot? (I tried the “help” section and…..It didn’t)
Thanks for the input, I have Elements 5 and have not had the chance to tinker with Lightroom as yet. I am working on learning as much as possible about Photoshop but would like the ability to “tweak” a few things that I cant do with Elements.
(I’m MUCH more at home behind a lens than behind a keyboard)
Does Lightroom allow adjustments of colour curves?
Thanks for the welcome. Were in Knoxville here, just outside of the mountains. Event work and a Zenfolio site that went up just 3 weeks ago, mainly with work done in the National Park here. Landscapes, Wildlife, etc…. I also shoot sports for a local weekly here.
