nice photo you took there, it looks like the pier in hoath am i right? ive taken many good pics there and its a great location for both photograhy and having a relaxing fishing trip as i have many a time.., i think ive seen that man there in the past, maybe he enjoys the time out away from the wife and clearing the owl head.,lol

yep, as joe said, photoshop is what i use., you could paste the flag over the pic of the man then adjust the opacity of the flag so you can see the man through it., could also do it the other way around and use a soft eraser to take out anything you dont wnat in the pic of the man.,

i dont know what camera you have but with my D80 i used a small piece of velcro (the hook side) to comb the small fibers that were stuck in the felt inside the camera,., it worked quiet well and the sensor is perfectly clean now.,

i had a similar problem with my D80 and after looking around i couldnt find anywhere that would do it., i did it myself in the end.,
you have to go into the menu on the camera, go to “setup menu”, the one with a spanner symbol, scroll down until you see “mirror lock-up”, select this and then when you press the shutter button on the camera the mirror will stay up leaving the sensor exposed at the back of the camera looking in through the front, you should be able to see the dirt on it if its bad enough to spoil your photos,. I used carl zeiss optics wipes that have a solution on them and you can get them in most decent camera shops. you could even use a microfibre glasses cleaning cloth aslong as its clean and dry, i dont know if glasses cleaning fluid would cause any damage to the sensor so id just use it dry., good luck with it, i know how annoying it can be.,.lol

hi, thanks for the replies people, ive had a look at that site before and have cleaned the sensor with the wipes i have for it, but its a stubborn bit on there and just wont seem to budge.
can anyone reccomend a camera shop to do it for me? and have any ideas on pricing? ive tried it with no luck so i dont want to cause any damage to it.,

    cheers
