4 minutes could be right, because I found information saying that Spezial requires short developing time.

I will check in town if I can get another developer. If yes, then I will leave R09 Spezial for another brand of film(the one that is listed on charts:). If not, then I will try 9 mins dev time.
Yes, film was exposed at iso 100.

I’m just starting with film photography, and it seems that a learning curve is a bit different from digital one:)
Lots of stuff to learn, but more tactile experience and fun.
